Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Electronic mail, Word processing software, Basic computer skills (will train), Internet competency
Specific Skills: Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations, Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales, Determine merchandise and services to be sold, Implement price and credits policies, Perform cash deposits, Balance daily transactions, Develop and implement marketing strategies, Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
